Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AdPlaybook platform operated by AdPlaybook Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AdPlaybook is an ad performance scoring platform. We connect to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts (with your authorization), analyze campaign metrics, and generate performance scores, benchmarks, waste detection reports, and AI-powered recommendations.

2. User Obligations

By using AdPlaybook, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account and connecting ad platforms.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and OAuth connections.
  • Use the service only for its intended purpose of analyzing and improving your own advertising performance.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the scoring algorithms or API endpoints.
  • Not use the service to generate misleading reports for third parties without their knowledge and consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

AdPlaybook scores, benchmarks, and AI insights are advisory only and do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advertising advice. Scores are generated algorithmically from your campaign data and industry benchmarks.

We make no guarantees that acting on AdPlaybook recommendations will improve your advertising performance. You are solely responsible for all decisions regarding your ad spend and campaign strategy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPlaybook Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

4. Data Ownership

You own your data. All campaign metrics, scorecard results, and account information remain your property. By using AdPlaybook, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating scores, insights, and recommendations).

We do not claim ownership of your campaign data or use it for any purpose beyond operating the service and improving our algorithms with anonymized, aggregate patterns.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:

  • All your personal data, connected accounts, and scorecards will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • OAuth tokens for connected ad platforms will be immediately revoked.
  • Anonymized, aggregate data that cannot identify you may be retained.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep AdPlaybook available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
